I was compelled to share our experience about Suitor.

This is an amazing company! The suits, shoes and accessories they hire are of fantastic quality. The service is next to none and cannot be faulted in anyway.
Twice we have hired suits (with the backup option) from Suitor and both times the fit has been great, everything delivered on time and super easy to return after the event.
This last hire, due to my pre-teen's awkward size and shape, I needed to utalise the replacement suit option and the team made it a very easy and pleasant experience - I was stressing but they talked me through the options and it all worked out.
The team is easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions you may have before or after you order.

I give these guys 10 of 10 for a top experience all the way. Delivery was perfect. Suits looked amazing on my three sons and return was super easy. Why would you not get suits from Suitor next time. Thanks Dan and the team!!!

After ordering I was contacted to make sure I selected a right size to order because my measurements were not quite matching my ordered sizes.

I ordered a suit for a school ball for my son, taking advantage of the backup option by ordering two sizes. The quality was excellent and the fit was good but both jackets were a bit short. Contacted Suitor and they sent a slightly longer style jacket which was perfect. As I am based in WA I was stunned that this could all be sorted within the week. Communication from Suitor was prompt and the jacket was in the mail within hours and on our doorstep in 2 days. We have another ball coming up and we will be ordering again.

Fantastic experience. Website is easy to use, appreciate the ability to get an extra size for a fractional increase. Needed it! Delivery was speedy, returns straight forward.

Customer service has also been immediate when I needed some guidance. Quality of the garments were also outstanding.

These guys are life savers. Had an event on at 1pm, ordered the suit at 10:30am requesting they could get it to me before then and they delivered it within an hour from ordering. Amazing service, highly recommend!

Purchased a suit online mid-Oct for my 17-year-old son’s Year 12 formal to be held on Wed 15/11/23. Was informed the week before the formal, the suit was not going to arrive on time. Ahhhh…..HELP! Had to scramble for a plan B. Found Suitor (phew!). Ordered before 8am on Thu 9/11/23. Suit arrived before 9am next morning. The suit was perfect. My son was ecstatic. We were blown away at the quality, the ‘one size up’ idea which we took advantage of, and the marketing idea where customers can purchase the whole package or bits of it. What a genius idea (we bought the shirt). Wait…wait.. and the best part? My son received he BEST DRESSED award! We were all shocked. Pleasantly surprised. Ooo…lala. You rock, Suitor! Word of mouth goes a long way!

What a great system. Measurements were accurate plus with the 'I'm not sure' option of an additional suit for $10 was perfect. Turns out we were pants one size and kacet the other to make a very well fitting suit for a formal. Also the only one in a maroon coloured suit. Very easy process. Very easy return. Telling all my friends about this service

Suitor delivered my suit/s of choice on time and well presented with clear instruction on care and returning of the garments. I would definitely use Suitor again.

Based in Sydney ordered a jacket for same day and it arrived in plenty of time for the event. The system did show it was coming on a different date but customer service came back to me quickly to confirm it was arriving on time.

These guys are just great. Ordered the suits for a funeral and they arrived within 2 days. Loved the quality of the suits and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I ordered a tux recently for a wedding and was very impressed with this company. 2 suit option was great as it allowed me to mix and match. Sizing was pretty much spot on. I was only sent one shirt however but this was rectified very quickly. Returns process super easy and love that you have the option to purchase the suit afterwards if you desire. I would recommend Suitor to anyone and everyone.

Had rented multiple suits for a function and accidentally put some one else’s suit jacket in the return box which was brought to our attention and returned.

I had a great experience with this. Ordered last minute on the day before my event from Paddington. Suit arrived by 3pm and was great. I got the ‘extra suit’ option which was really handy as I used the slightly bigger pants. Probably wouldn’t recommend cutting it as fine as I did - but it ended up being a really good result for me.

Husband going to black tie event Saturday. Today Thursday tried on his own suit which is now too snug. I remembered seeing Suitor on shark tank.
Website user friendly. Sizing easy to choose plus extra suit great idea. Ordered suit at lunchtime arrived by 6pm. Nicely packaged. Didn’t even leave the house.

I planned far ahead to get my suit, came a week earlier then expected, Was all very premium quality, My belt was a lot longer then expected but everything else was excellent.
