We offer next-day delivery to all major cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Wollongong, Canberra, Newcastle, Hobart and the Sunshine Coast. Your order is scheduled to arrive on your selected delivery date. We deliver directly to your door anywhere in Australia - to both residential and business addresses, as well as rural areas. If you are located in a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
We are also able to deliver to work addresses, hotels, Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes. As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post. If you are not at home or work to collect your delivery, Australia Post will try to leave your delivery in a safe location. If Australia Post cannot find a suitable location to leave your parcel, they will leave a card with further instructions to collect your delivery from the nearest Australia Post Office.
We also offer our Sydney customers (within 20kms of Sydney CBD), same-day delivery for $15. If you would like your order to be same-day delivered, please ensure that you order before 3 pm. Note: This service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Returning your order is super easy! Simply place your all rented items back into the box your order came in. Then, stick the prepaid return shipping label included in your order on the box and drop it off at the nearest Post Office or Yellow Express Postbox. Your order will come right back to us!
